It sounds an odd question when we look at the definition of routine and how we build habits. But there is a difference between consistency and rigidity. A difference between being adaptable and being constrained. Which way do you approach taking action, following through on your rituals, routines and actions? And have you noticed the difference in how you behave when your energy is contracting or expanding?

All summer long, my subconscious has been brewing something new.

And it is as we descend fully into fall, and my inner work completes, that my subconscious emerges triumphant. It is time, my intuition whispers. It is time, the universe demands.

So here they are in their final forms, my 7 unique archetypes, drawing on what I know from storytelling, mythology, tarot, myers-briggs and habit tendencies…

This has been a transformative year for me. I have been shifting so many limiting beliefs, rooting out the sources of them all the way back to my childhood - and past lives, thanks to Timeline Therapy - and letting go of that reality. It has freed me. It has added a layer to my writing and storytelling, as I recognise how my inner mentor was guiding me to look at themes my young heart needed.

This month, I have felt a powerful need to let go. To let go of the dreams and wishes I’ve had over the years that I didn’t reach in the time I gave them.

I am haunted by the things that weren’t.
